Business Consulting – Make A Difference (6 months)
This program is designed for the business owner that is ready to make some big changes and take their business to the next level! We would work together over a six month period. Each month begins with a 60 minute Zoom meeting to talk strategy, establish at least one major monthly goal and then build some short term objectives and a clear and concise action plan to help you get there. Let’s call it building your roadmap for the month!
It will be followed up with another 60 minute Zoom meeting during the third week of the month for accountability and to ensure you’re still on track. This is where we can address any challenges or impending roadblocks that are holding you back, and then come up with the necessary solutions to help you move forward and get things done.
This program also includes access to a private Facebook Mastermind group of like-minded wedding and event entrepreneurs that you can go to for any advice and support that you might need between our scheduled calls. (I’m also in the group all the time to help answer questions and provide guidance as required.)
